The space is shared by 5 scenic designers and 1 costume designer.
Studio includes access to: Conference Room seating 10 people. Large format plotter and color copier. Large format scanner. Konica Minolta Copier Fax Machine Internet Service
The basic terms are: · $750.00 per month for 9x10 space with north facing view
or
· $1400.00 per month for 11x15 with north and west facing views
This includes access to internet and use of the scanner computer, but not phone or network access.
1st and last month’s rent and one month deposit to be paid up front.
Studio is somewhat in flux, we are still looking for 1 or 2 additional tenants. Thus, we would not ask for a long term commitment from renters at this point, but once we are full, we will enter into a formal agreement (1 to 2 year minimum)
There is an understanding that we would draw up a simple letter of agreement with these terms so that there is something on paper.
